Trade Compliance Specialist (Broker Management/ Customs Compliance)
Location Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland Date posted June 13, 2025 Job ID 19492- Establish accurate TARIFF classifications across a very broad assortment of products, components, materials, and spare parts; and maintain appropriate material master data.
- Maintain Country of Origin for products, components, materials and spare parts in the material master data.
- Establish classification worksheets to support item classifications.
- Broker Management:
- Import monitoring and checks (correct codes and duties, correct deferment accounts) - Coordinating and enforcing corrections with brokers,
- Support customs inquiries,
- Acting on request if records/information are requested by the Unit or the Carrier/Broker,
- Secure correct customs documentation,
- Filing of Import records.
- Execute assigned projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all customs rules and regulations.
- Support establishment of an exchange platform with the Trade Compliance counterparts in the different regions.
- Minimum of 2-3 year of experience in export and import especially in: broker management, custom compliance and HTS Classification (in international business at a freight forwarding or import-/exporting company),
- Analytical skills, precise working method, detail orientation,
- Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2),
- Good communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders,
- Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP system), BI, SAP HANA, SAC and reporting,
- Order or Delivery Management with cross border transactions,
- Customs Agent/Broker license.
