Senior Expert Compensation & Benefits for Europe (All Genders)
Location Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland Date posted August 03, 2026 Job ID 22753- Build cost models, salary budget simulations, pay equity analyses and ensure compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Implement and develop AI based tools and solutions in Total Rewards processes.
- Run salary reviews, market analyses and benchmarks (e.g. Mercer) and recommend actions based on the results.
- Design, analyze and harmonize compensation and benefits policies across European countries.
- Work with HR, Finance and IT teams on the digital transformation of compensation processes.
- Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for regional leadership.
- Advise HR Business Partners and managers on pay, bonus and benefits topics.
- Take part in global projects such as salary structure reviews, recognition programs and long-term incentive plans.
- At least 6-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, including work in an international environment.
- Very strong analytical skills, comfort with large data sets and the ability to turn data into business insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical and visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience with, or a strong interest in, the use of AI in HR.
- Understanding pay regulations in Europe, including the Pay Transparency Directive.
- Fluent English.
- Independence, accuracy and the ability to explain complex data in business language.
- Very good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, including impact & influence skills in complex matrix structure.
- Ability to ad hoc travelling – 10%.
- Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
