Junior Payroll and Benefits Specialist (f/m/d)
Location Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland Date posted February 19, 2026 Job ID 21359This role works closely with payroll staff, external payroll supplier and HR administration to ensure:
- Employees are paid correctly,
- Benefit programs and time & attendance are effectively managed. ⏰
- Assist in processing payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Help maintain payroll records and HR documentation.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Respond to employee questions related to payroll, benefits and time & attendance.
- Assist in preparing reports related to payroll, benefits and time tracking data.
- Support audits and payroll-related reconciliations as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Basic understanding of Polish payroll, labor law and employee benefits gained during internships in payroll/HR.
- Fluent English and Polish.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with employees and team members.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday) and/ or payroll software ( e.g. Xpertis) is a strong plus.
