Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Join Mettler-Toledo as a Junior Accountant and support the Accounts Receivable Team in clarifying payments and month-end closing activities.

Your tasks:
  • Posting incoming payments (domestic and foreign).
  • Contacting customers regarding the overdue invoices in English (mostly by e-mail) .
  • Working on the ageing list in Excel.
  • Monitoring customers’ orders, credit limits, payment terms and risk factors.
  • Managing the generic mailbox.
  • Reconciling balance sheet accounts from AR area .
  • Daily contact with different business areas and auditors.



What You Need to Succeed
  • First experience in an international organization (eg. internship).
  • Very good English (min. B2) language skills.
  • Quick perception and excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic Excel skills.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in Accounting in a Shared Service environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP system.
