Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Processing documents in VIM on various exceptions for various units Interfaces.
  • Posting IC invoices Generic mailbox managing, replying to queries from the vendors.
  • Bank data confirmation Taking part in month end close activities.
  • Creating tickets in case of system issues.
  • Reconciling balance sheet accounts from AP area
What You Need to Succeed
6 months / 1 year experience in a multinational company.
Knowledge of English B2.
Excel skills (basic level).
Numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to ask correct questions and find good solutions.
Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail.
