IT Solution Specialist (PLM)
Location Warsaw, Mazovia Date posted August 05, 2024 Job ID 16872- Provide tier 2 support (troubleshooting and resolving issues) in close collaboration with the power users (tier 1) in the units:
- Support with the installation and maintenance of PLM software packages on end user clients.
- Support with the PLM applications infrastructure, ensuring high availability of the critical application components.
- Support the end users with authentication and authorization issues.
- Identify areas for improvement with regards to functionalities, performance, automation, user friendliness and robustness of the solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of the global process template, design guidelines and design quality checks, collaborating with Product Owner, Solution Architect and Business Analyst.
- Maintain the necessary documentation to make the power users self-sufficient (i.e. user manual, process documentation).
- Maintain and execute test scripts.
- Support enhancement and upgrade projects during all phases until delivery to production.
- Execute user training for new functionalities and refresh trainings.
- Good knowledge of PLM systems (Siemens Teamcenter is a plus).
- Great communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
- Experience with change management processes (CMII, ITIL or similar).
- Ability to communicate across different teams (i.e., R&D, Operations, Infrastrucutre, Network)
- Independent, accurate way of working and understanding of complex processes and interdependencies, with high problem solving ability.
- Excellent team player capabilities and communication skills.
- Responsibilities may sometimes require working evenings and/or weekends.
- Masters or bachelor degree in Engineering, Computational Science, Business Management (is a plus) or similar or relevant experience.
