PLM Project Manager
Location Warsaw, Mazovia Date posted September 04, 2024 Job ID 17288- Leading and managing the entire lifecycle of PLM projects, from initiation to full delivery, encompassing end-to-end process design, user testing, training, and organizational change management.
- Conducting comprehensive requirement analysis for intricate cross-functional initiatives and carrying out detailed interviews with various business units and users.
- Prioritizing requirements and driving the conceptual design of potential PLM solutions, with support from process experts across different functional areas.
- Developing and presenting Business Cases for proposed PLM solutions, facilitating senior management in the "go vs. no-go" decision-making process for project investments.
- Regularly reporting project progress, risks, and issues to the Steering Committee and/or senior management.
- Acting as a process advisor and cross-process consultant for the business and the PLM product teams throughout the entire project delivery cycle.
- Extensive project management experience (minimum of 3 years), preferably in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Strong problem-solving skills in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills with a customer focus and networking abilities.
- Analytical, organized, and effective at prioritizing tasks and solving problems.
- Critical thinking, decision-making, and attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Project management certification (PMI, IPMA, Prince2, etc.) is a plus.
