IT Project Manager/ Delivery Lead
Location Warsaw, Mazovia Date posted November 07, 2024 Job ID 17548- Tracks project performance, specifically to ensure the successful completion of short and long-term project goals.
- Communicates project status and risks to stakeholders and leadership team on a regular basis.
- Works with Product Managers and Product Owners to prioritize Product backlog.
- Ensure timely completion of high quality and thoroughly documented deliverables.
- Coordinates technical cut-over and post Go-live activities.
- Facilitates/participates in key Agile/SAFe events (PI Planning, scope refinement, retrospectives).
- Removes impediments for development team as they come up.
- Manages multiple projects at once.
- Helps establish and improve project delivery processes within the company.
- Serves as agile champion within the development team and ensures developers understand agile best practices.
- Evolves agile and lean techniques through the practice of continuous improvement.
- Above all else, fosters a collaborative team environment driven to build great software while having fun.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as Project Manager delivering technical/IT projects,
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Agile and/or SCRUM approach,
- Open and trustworthy personality and very good communication skills,
- Commitment to achieving delivery targets,
- Attention to detail, shows initiative and follows-through.
- Practical knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems,
- Practical knowledge of SAFe,
- SAP implementation, transport management and cutover experience,
- CSM/PSM/CLP/PMI or SAFe certification.
