IT Project Coordinator (f/m/d)
Location Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland Date posted November 25, 2025 Job ID 20675In this role, the IT Project Coordinator (f/m/d) will be responsible for supporting the Program Manager to build and maintain the project roadmap for a custom application development team that consists of several small Agile Scrum teams.
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for IT enhancements supporting service technicians.
- Coordinate project timelines.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Create and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Derive project management framework to ensure a consistent monitoring and controlling process across all streams.
- Support Product Manager in defining roadmap for the entire portfolio.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT or a service-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and their application in service operations.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience working in the manufacturing or service industry.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
