IT Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Compliance Specialist to lead the planning and execution of IT Controls activities across DBS, including SOX and ISO27001 controls. This role requires a proactive individual who can appropriately challenge internal customers to ensure high-quality reports and control evidence are delivered timely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage planning and execution of IT Controls activities across DBS, including SOX and ISO27001 compliance.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on SOX and ISO27001 matters and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Internal Audit, Global Security, and other departments.
- Evaluate results from IT controls testing and assess identified control deficiencies.
- Coordinate internal control walkthroughs and testing within IT.
- Identify and evaluate changes to processes and controls; collaborate with Process Owners to update documentation and test plans.
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements in the IT Compliance Program to management.
- Review standards, processes, and procedures related to new and existing policies.
- Maintain metrics and key performance indicators to monitor the overall health and effectiveness of the IT Compliance program.
What You Need to Succeed
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT compliance with SOX or ISO 27001 knowledge/certification.
- Excellent English skills (min. C1).
- Experience with internal/external audits.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to plan and organize with high attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Automation tools (Power Automate, UI Path).
