IT Business Analyst Junior (Requirements Engineer Junior)
Location Warsaw, Mazovia Date posted October 08, 2024 Job ID 17503- Comprehensive understanding of the Service Scheduling business processes, strategy and global template.
- Monitor, analyze and document the processes, identifying potential for improvement.
- Manage the Business Stakeholders on all levels, in daily work as well as in projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Analysts from other Process Teams (especially the teams of Service, eCommerce) to ensure E2E process consistency.
- Close cooperation with the Global Service Team to deliver the roadmap.
- Develop change strategy alongside senior stakeholders like the Global Process Owner.
- Document business requirements, participate to system design and test new or changed functionalities.
- Act as a business process change and transformation coordinator, ensuring operational business readiness and efficient adoption of the template processes.
- Enable the live units to leverage the template functionality as it is intended to be used Product Team, Global Service Team, Business Users
- Provide status updates to Product owner and respective Stakeholders; Timely escalation of issues to avoid delivery delay.
- Work closely with the Field Service Efficiency Product Owner to continuously improvement, optimize and harmonize the global template.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of service processes (eg. scheduling, collaborating with customers and service engineers).
- Excellent communications and presentations skills.
- Experience in work in an international environment and ease of collaborating with diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and structured approach to problem solving as well as learning agility.
- Understanding on Agile development process.
