Please note that this role requires a daily start time between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM.
Internal job title, that will appear on the contract is PLM Solution Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end solution from Product Structure creation to managing and releasing Engineering and Manufacturing BOMs,
- Provide tier 2 support by troubleshooting and resolving issues alongside power users (tier 1),
- Identify areas for improvement with regards to functionalities, performance, automation, user friendliness and robustness of the solutions,
- Contribute to the evolution of the global process template, design guidelines and design quality checks, collaborating with Product Owner, Solution Architect and Business Analyst,
- Maintain documentation such as user manuals and process guides to empower power users,
- Execute and maintain test scripts to ensure solution quality,
- Support enhancement and upgrade projects through all phases until production delivery,
- Conduct user training for new and updated functionalities.
What You Need to Succeed
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education,
- Experience with change management processes (e.g., CMII, ITIL),
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level),
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams such as R&D and Operations,
- Independent, accurate work style with high problem-solving skills and understanding of complex processes,
- Excellent team player with strong communication abilities,
- Good knowledge of PLM systems; experience with Siemens Teamcenter is a plus.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
- CV selection – we contact selected candidates
- Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
- Initial interview with the Manager and Recruiter (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
- F2F meeting at the office (1 hour).
