Inside Sales
Location Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland Date posted July 04, 2025 Job ID 19421As an Inside Sales Specialist you will be responsible for supporting sales activities of MT products, systems & solutions to direct customers and providing support to the Field Sales Representatives and end-users within the market in Poland and other MEC countries.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide high quality service for incoming calls, emails and requests from customers and prospects related to leads, quotes or orders;
- Qualify and manage leads, ensuring they are entered into the CRM system accurately;
- Create selected quotes, follow-up, revision and closing;
- Support sales activities for an assigned group of Field Sales Representatives by providing the appropriate level of support for product inquiries, offer generating, order review, order status and problem resolution;
- Plan visits for Field Sales Representatives;
- Provide technical support (based on available documentation) for ongoing projects;
- Select and configure of appropriate solutions to customer requirements;
- Prepare of tender documentation;
- Manage all business-related activities using SAP CRM system;
- Participate in the organization of trade fairs, seminars, industry conferences;
- Interaction with Shared Business Center, solving issues and supporting proper information workflow;
- Supporting OMS/SCM team locally.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, call center, or related areas,
- Required educational background in Engineering, Science, or equivalent technical education, or demonstrable technical experience*,
- Very good communication skills (verbal and written),
- Customer focus and orientation on results,
- Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability,
- Understanding of sales process with basic project management skills,
- Good level of English (B2) and Polish (C1) (both oral and written).
