Content Management System Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
The CSM Specialist for the Industrial Division will be responsible for day-to-day management of the Division's eBusiness content management tasks and associated projects. 


Short summary of the role: 
  • gather the content from various teams, 
  • manage this content in relevant tools, 
  • cooperate closely with the Junior Online Marketing Specialist and global partners,
  • cooperate with external suppliers 
This role is not focused on creating the content itself, you will be rather performing small amendments to the materials you will receive.

Your tasks: 
  • Create, develop and manage content for organization’s web presence (requires working with content management software) including translations.
  • Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties. 
  • Work with a cross-departmental team, maintain different web properties (product pages, campaign pages etc.).
  • Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors, e.g. translation agency to manage content translations.
  • Be the specialist for Content Management and be supported by a content specialists (separate team in India) – receiving initial guidance by eMarketing Manager and Online Marketing Specialist.
  • Implement the divisional campaigns (eMail, Landing page) according to global Marketing Plan.
  • Create content for other global programs as given by Online Marketing Specialist or eChampion.
  • Responsible for assuring high quality content creation.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, English Philology, Web Design/ Graphics Design,
  • 1-2 years of experience in managing content and production for professional websites,
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken, used in international environment), 
  • Strong communication and excellent organizational and planning skills, 
  • Ability to follow deadlines for multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment, 
  • Readiness to travel up to 5%. 
Additional skills that will be your asset:
  • Experience in using content management systems (Adobe’s AEM6 would be an asset),
  • Adobe Photoshop skills (simple picture tasks),
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS would be an asset but if you do not know it, we will give you possibility to learn this tool.
