    Accountant Assistant with German (mandatory contract)

    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    If you're interested in starting your career in the accounting department of an international company and have relevant educational background, we welcome you to apply.
    • Contact customers regarding the settlement of overdue receivables in different languages (English and German),
    • Attaching emails in SAP,
    • Checking if the customer’s orders have been released,
    • Daily contact with the customers to clear their accounts and solve the problems,
    • Processing emails on generic mailboxes,
    • Daily contact with different business areas.
    What You Need to Succeed
    • Proficiency in German and English (min. B2),
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field,
    • Numerical and analytical skills,
    • Proficiency in self-managing tasks and consistently completing them within established timeframes,
    • Attention to details,
    • Good communication skills.
    Our Offer to You
    • Mandatory contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension (umowa zlecenie),
    • Part-time (20 hours of work per week),
    • Hybrid work model , 
    • Flexible working hours (Mon - Fri),
    • Possibility to gain a first experience in finance and combine it with studies,
    • Opportunity to work in an international environment.
