Team Leader Service Administration (all genders)
Location Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland Date posted April 13, 2026 Job ID 21741- Lead a service administration team of 10+ direct reports responsible for one of the process areas.
- Hire, train, motivate and develop team members, including setting goals, measuring and documenting performance.
- Ensure high quality and timeliness of the tasks delivered by the team.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and quality, take improvement actions if required.
- Assure right back-up structure, create and keep up-to-date documentation for all processes assigned to the team.
- Ensure that work in the team is evenly distributed (well trained, clear guidelines).
- High quality reporting on workload and operational problems, proactive approach to problem solving.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the stakeholders.
- Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration.
- 2-3 (or more) years' professional experience in similar position,
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role,
- Very good knowledge of French (min. B2 level),
- Very good knowledge of English,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team,
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills,
- Organizational and time-management skills,
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system (would be an asset).
