- 支持项目团队处理所有与质量相关的事项
- 跟踪及主导产品生命周期的持续改进
- 监督产品实现全过程中的质量控制点
- 主导产品与物料的改进实施
- 定期组织实施产品质量审核
- 对产品根据规则要求进行必要的测试与试验
- 定期收集市场的质量问题反馈，对主要问题组织进行必要的分析，对纠正和预防措施的有效性及持续改进情况实施监督
- 教育背景
- 全日制本科及以上
- 理工科教育背景
- 工作背景
- 5年以上制造业质量、工艺、项目管理或设计方面的工作经验（Must）
- 有跨团队特别是和国外团队沟通经验（Must）
- 有仪器仪表或多品种小批量制造业工作经验（Nice to have）
- 有可靠性工程或实验室管理相关工作经验（Nice to have）
- 专业技能要求
- 优秀的英语听说读写能力（Must）
- 了解ISO 9001质量体系；（Must）
- 了解六西格玛管理（Must）
- 了解制造业新产品开发流程（Must）
- 熟练掌握QC新老七大手法/FMEA/8D等质量工具（Must）
- 了解APQP策划方法（Nice to have）
- 了解实验室ISO 17025，安规，计量等标准及其测试。（Nice to have）
