- 独立负责现有产品的日常维护，包括处理质量问题、持续改进、降本等，并能发现改进机会
- 能够独立承担或部分承担研发项目的管理工作，制定项目中子任务实施计划，协调资源并按项目计划推进任务落实工作
- 指导工程师的研发与设计，参与设计评审 ，对疑难技术问题进行分析排查和处理
- 定期总结、归纳设计经验，撰写技术报告并推动知识分享
- 积极推动和落实部门研发持续改进的行动
- 机械设计或机电一体化（或其它机械相关专业）
- 本科学历（硕士优先），5年以上结构设计开发工作经验
- 熟练掌握常用的设计软件 CREO ,TEAMCENTER等工具的3D/2D 应用技巧
- 具备丰富的结构设计工程经验，熟悉注塑、 压铸、钣金、机加工等多种工艺领域的DFM KNOWHOW，能够进行独立分析和解决复杂问题
- 较好的英文听说读写能力，能独立撰写专业的英文技术文档和报告及日常技术方面的英文沟通
