Telesales Service Representative
Location Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden Date posted July 13, 2026 Job ID 22364- Focus on outbound sales calls / campaign execution to potential customers to sell and promote our services.
- As second priority, follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Build rapport and establish a relationship with customers through active listening and effective communication.
- Effectively communicate the value of our services and answer customer questions and objections, utilizing our group tools such as SET.
- Accurately record customer information and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Analyze and utilize data in a service sales context.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a comparable customer-facing sales or service role, preferably within B2B, technical, or instrumentation-related environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in IT systems, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
- Experience communicating in a Nordic B2B context is an advantage.
- Curiosity and a strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured working style.
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and able to identify customer needs quickly.
- Strong telephone and virtual communication skills, with the ability to convey confidence, knowledge, and trustworthiness in customer interactions.
- High level of energy and activity, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Service-minded and skilled at building effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
