- 制作多维度数据报告及可视化展示，面向内部及业务团队传递清晰的数据洞察，助力业务决策制定
- 针对重点业务问题和特定话题，开展探索性数据分析，发现潜在机会及风险
- 与集团财务AI委员会紧密合作，参与设计、开发及推动数字化工具在中国区的应用落地
- 主动参与中国区AI数据分析项目，推动数据驱动的决策流程，促进组织数字化转型和整体业务发展
- 与RPA团队协作，支持财务流程自动化的设计、开发、测试及持续优化，提升运营效率
- 协助提升财务团队对数据分析和AI工具的理解与应用能力，推广智能化解决方案，推动组织内智能技术的普及和深化应用
- 教育背景: 数据科学、统计学、经济学等相关专业优先，全日制大学本科及以上学历
- 熟练应用Power Query、Python、SQL等数据分析工具，具备数据清洗、处理和分析、可视化看板搭建能力
- 掌握统计学基础知识，能够进行数据建模、预测分析等，拥有搭建分析模型的项目/工作经验优先
- 具备RPA (Robot Process Automation)开发能力或自动化相关经验优先
- 英语CET-6及以上水平，可作为工作语言流利沟通
- 优秀的逻辑思维能力，跨团队沟通协作能力，较强的数据敏感度和一定的商业敏锐度
