- 制定并执行重点客户及区域市场开发计划，识别潜在客户、重点项目和设备升级机会，持续提升客户覆盖率和市场渗透率。
- 建立和维护与客户管理层、技术部门、实验室、采购及质量部门的多层级关系，提升客户满意度。
- 与售前技术、应用、服务、市场、产品及供应链团队协作，推动重点项目顺利实施并及时解决客户问题。
- 收集客户需求、行业趋势、竞争信息及产品反馈，及时反馈给销售管理、SBU、产品管理和市场团队，为产品优化及市场策略调整提供依据。
- 跟进订单执行、交付、验收、开票和回款情况，及时识别并解决项目推进及应收账款中的风险。
- 积极参与公司 Spinnaker 等战略项目和流程改善工作，规范使用 CRM、销售预测及项目管理工具，提升团队运营效率。
- 教育背景
- 本科以上学历，硕士优先；
- 制药等相关行业尤佳。
- 工作年限
- 3 年及以上大客户或解决方案销售经验；具有实验室仪器仪表或制药行业销售经验者优先；
- 具备良好的客户开发、需求分析、商务谈判、项目管理和跨部门协作能力；
- 英语及计算机应用能力良好，能够适应一定频率的出差。
