- CRM线索分配按照客户属性清单分配给对应负责销售
- 客户升级，新客户/联系人创建，线索和机遇管理
- 支持外部销售在CRM系统中创建报价及后续订单、发票等流程的处理和跟踪
- 支持外部销售在系统中创建交叉销售线索
- 协助销售进行相关市场活动
- 销售类KPI管理支持，协助销售更好的完成部分KPI考核
- 支持区域销售团队的个性化需求，例如：及时提供数据
- 积极主动处理相关行政事务，协助完善部门规章制度和操作流程与规范，做好销售的后台支持
- 学历要求：本科及以上学历
- 工作经验要求：不限，有销售支持经验者优先
- 专业要求：有制药、化工、自动化等理工类专业知识背景者优先
- 软性技能要求：
- 熟练使用office办公软件
- 有SAP、CRM等系统操作经验者优先
- 良好的学习和沟通能力、积极主动、有担当、团队合作精神
