- 持续优化MT中国区质量管理流程，逐步提升流程的成熟度水平
- 优化并整合MT中国区质量体系管理文件，负责中国区文件的定期评估及更新
- 策划主导MT中国区质量管理体系的内外部审核工作，并优化内部审核流程，确保流程的持续符合性和有效性；负责ISO 三标（9001、14001、45001）、ISO27001、EN1090/ISO3834等公司各项取证的换证/扩证外审对接，确保换证及时性
- 积极支持跨部门/重要的客户审核、政府部门审核，支持计量、防爆、见证实验室CSA等相关的外部审核
- 主导或参与MT中国区体系改进项目，持续提升体系管理的成熟度水平
- 组织质量管理体系相关的培训、审核技能提升的相关培训，支持员工质量意识和公司质量文化的提升
- 主导或支持公司级质量相关的政府奖项的申报，如质量奖、质量标杆等
- 负责MTCS高新技术企业的申请/维护以及各类年度报告的填报、研发加计计提立项申报、软件产品登记证的申请和续证
- 本科及以上学历，理工类、管理类专业
- 三年以上体系管理经验，具备QMS内审员资格，具备其他审核资质更佳（如ISMS内审员资格）
- 具备较强的沟通能力及团队协作意识，有较好的适应能力和持续学习的态度，具备一定的数据分析能力
- 良好的项目管理能力和英文听说读写能力
