- 通过与生产团队的密切合作，促进生产流程的持续改进并提高效率
- 在新产品开发项目中担任质量代表，负责监督过程质量和新产品质量
- 教育背景
- 全日制本科及以上学历
- 理工科教育背景，电子类优先
- 工作年限
- 5年及以上制造业质量工作经验，电子类优先
- 具有带领团队经验工作经验
- 专业技能要求
- 良好的英语听说读写能力
- 良好的质量审核、过程审核和产品审核经验
- 良好的解决问题经验和学习能力
- 良好的质量工具（PPAP、MSA、SPC、FMEA、8D）应用经验
- 熟练掌握 Office、SAP（或类似ERP）
