Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Leading pH product marketing team, responsible for team organization setup and team member capability improvement
  • Make product and marketing strategy and work with global SBU, Production Organization, sales team, marketing team, channel management team to implement strategy to drive business 
  • MT-pH lab portfolio (market leader position)  management, including product lifecycle management,  market management, etc.
  • Provide sales and dealers training to understand business strategy, segment priority, product use, differentiation, positioning, pricing, etc.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
  • Take the responsibility of pH product financial target: sales revenue, leads generation, profit, PR, etc.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Science and engineering, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Working experiences
    • 5 years working experience in product management, marketing or related field
  • Professional skills
    • Strong marketing sense with innovation capability
    • Leadership skills to lead teams, responsible on driving team member's growth
    • Good communication and coordination ability
    • Good oral and written English
    • Experience in leading a team, product management and strategy making is preferred
