- 计算机、自动化、通信工程等相关专业，本科及以上，硕士优先
- 专业技能和能力要求
- 5年以上C/C++设计经历，熟练掌握数据结构与算法
- 熟悉常用的软件设计模式，能独立完成软件架构和模块设计
- 具备较强的沟通能力，协调能力，表达能力，学习能力
- 具有积极主动的处事态度，优良的沟通和团队合作精神
- 能独立进行文档编辑、完成编码、测试验证，具备独立解决复杂问题的能力
- 良好的英语听说读写能力
- 优先考虑条件
- 有5年以上嵌入式应用层开发的工作经验
- 有工业仪表类产品的开发经验
- 了解TCP/IP， RS485等通讯协议，有相关开发经验积累
