Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
  •  Provide end-to-end project management including success measurement & project reviews.
  • Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress.
  • Give active feedback to line management about business requirements in markets of the Asia Pacific region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects. 
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met. 
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks. 
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects. 
  • Exchange and engage with other project managers of the Group's eCom department in headquarters to increase project management excellence.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Detailed oriented
  • Min. 1 – 2 years project management experience.
  • Experience in agile project management methodology is a plus
  • Bridge between global program managers, tech developers & marketing teams in the region.
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate with a wide set of stakeholders from operations staff to management.
  • Very good English language skills (written and oral) are required.
  • Openness to work in a diverse and cross-cultural team
  • Interest in digital innovation and keeps abreast of the latest developments.
  • Ability to travel (up to 10% of work time)
