Service Tech IND - Central Java

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
This position is responsible for:
  •  Performing installation, preventative maintenance, calibrations, certifications, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing industry related products at customer locations.
  • Able to diagnose and repair most competitive products found in the local area, and demonstrate competency in configuration and interfaces between computers, and other control devices.
  • Responsible for resolving first line customer service issues and accurate completion of documentation and related service reports.
  • Leads efforts to modernize, upgrade and convert customer existing equipment
  • Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedules; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems
What You Need to Succeed
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma (D3), Bachelor's Degree (D4/S1) in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Basic IT knowledge, Electrical, PLC, Mechanical, Pneumatic, technical drawing.
  • Experience in Troubleshooting, Maintenance, and repair will be an advantage
  • Physically fit, able to lift and/or move up to 20kg frequently, and withstand outside weather conditions.
  • Preferably staff specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent.
  • Likes dynamic jobs & traveling
  • Experience as After-sales service will be a great advantage.
  • Having experience working in General Industries will be an advantage
  • Having SIM A is a must
  • Willing to travel across Indonesia
  • Domicile in Central Java area
