Executar os serviços externos ou internos suporte e manutenção do parque instalado de software da Mettler Toledo

Emitir relatórios dos serviços executados

Suporte telefônico aos Clientes e/ou canais de vendas quando necessário;

Seguir os procedimentos de trabalho, políticas e diretrizes gerais da MT-BR;

Implantação de Softwares da Mettler Toledo em clientes

Participação na Reunião de Kickoff para definição de escopo e prazos

Validação dos requisitos de infraestrutura do cliente para o projeto

Instalação do produto nos servidores, clientes e periféricos

Contato direto com os centros de suporte ao produto, comunicação 100% inglês, por meio de e-mails, sistemas de chamados, chamadas por telefone e conferências

Documentação do Projeto

Atividades de apoio nível 3 para o parque instalado de software
