Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Responsável por agendar os serviços técnicos junto aos clientes garantindo a produtividade dos técnicos através da otimização de tempo e rotas nos agendamentos

Monitorar a execução dos serviços

Reorganizar os agendamentos conforme necessidade dos clientes x disponibilidade dos técnicos

Trabalhar em conjunto com o time de Serviços no atendimento às demandas de agendamentos avulsos e de contratos

Garantir a entrega total de toda a documentação necessária para ingresso do técnico no local de prestação do serviço 

Endereçar assuntos não correlatos a sua função para o canal correto

Manusear corretamente os dados no CRM e ERP

Gerar relatórios mensais e informações necessárias para a gestão de serviços

Trabalhar em equipe 

Analistas treinam os Assistentes
