- Manage and develop a team of Service Team Leaders to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Implement the Service strategy to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Ensure that all service activities are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify and address areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Manage the Service budget, including Field Service PEX.
- Collaborate with Global Service other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of service activities.
- Maintain documentation and procedures related to service operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical faculty
- Czech/ Slovak language proficiency: level C (native speaker)
- Minimum English language proficiency: level B2
- 8+ years of experience in service management, preferably in a technical/ engineering environment
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team of service technicians
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft tools environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
