Product Specialist - Transmitters
Location Plainsboro, New Jersey, United States Date posted August 27, 2026 Job ID 23058 Pay Range $76000 - $104000 per year- Support the Product Manager through technical product knowledge and serve as an expert for the Transmitter product line.
- Assist the Product Manager with documentation, including editing and supplying new content for hardware and software user manuals.
- Identify systematic issues affecting product line health.
- Work closely with R&D, manufacturing teams, and external partners to execute continuous improvement initiatives to improve KPIs.
- Provide support to Quality and the Production Organization with product testing, product final inspection and evaluation of regulatory requirements for new/or existing products.
- Assist the R&D and Product Management departments with new products and product upgrades.
- Support Engineering team by providing guidance for structured testing.
- Develop and provide technical/ product/ applications expertise to support field marketing events and technical conferences.
- Support Applications and global technical support teams with product-related topics/questions/issues and address customer issues.
- Support Market Organizations and Market Managers with the development and execution of training programs for internal and external customers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Two years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in developing or working with transmitters, analytical instruments, process analytical technology, and/or related software.
- Working understanding of biopharma analytical methods
- Open and effective communication style, excellent public presentation skills, skills, cross-organizational teamwork.
