Junior IT Expense Analyst (12 months contract)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior IT Expense Analyst to join our Digital Business Services team. This isn't just a "numbers" role—it’s a chance to go behind the scenes of a global IT operation. Over 12 months, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the "Purchase-to-Pay" lifecycle, learning how large-scale enterprise budgets are managed and optimized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the purchase-to-pay process for IT purchases under the guidance of experienced team members
  • Assist in tracking purchase requests against the budget and invoices versus purchase orders
  • Help in creating purchase requisitions and service entry sheets
  • Support invoice verification for key vendors
  • Assist in preparing monthly accruals and financial reports
  • Contribute to forecasting and budget planning for IT external costs
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies with supervision
  • Help manage the invoice inbox and document storage

What You Need to Succeed
  • Recent graduate or final year student with a keen interest in finance and IT 
  • No prior professional experience required; willingness to learn and develop is essential 
  • Basic understanding of financial processes or IT services/products is a plus 
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to take direction and work independently as needed 
  • Strong team player with effective communication skills in English to ensure smooth collaboration. 
  • English skills at the minimum B2 level are a must, as the working environment is English-speaking.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel 
  • Interest in working in an international and dynamic environment
