    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    Job Summary:
    As a Junior Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in creating compelling internal video content to support the sales team training. You’ll work closely with our creative team to edit raw footage and enhance videos. For social media, you’ll assist in the creation of toolboxes that share best practices across the organization. Your attention to detail and creativity will help engage our audience, elevate our brand, and streamline our social media presence. 


    Responsibilities: 
    • Editing: Assemble raw footage, cut and connect clips, and create cohesive training videos for the sales team. 
    • Sound and Graphics: Add appropriate sound effects, music, and graphics to enhance videos. 
    • Quality Control: Review finished products to catch mistakes before submission. 
    • Collaboration: Work closely with global team members to align with the overall vision and training objectives. 
    • Content Creation: Assist in developing toolboxes that share best practices and resources with the organization. 
    • Social Media Management: Schedule social media posts and manage community management workflows with our SBUs. 
    • Social Media Trend Research: Research and review platforms and trends as part of the toolbox development.
    • Reporting: Generate reports on social media performance and engagement metrics to inform strategy. 
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or Canva) and basic knowledge of After Effects.
    • Creativity: Contribute ideas to improve video quality, storytelling, and social media operational efficiencies. 
    • Attention to Detail in video: Ensure lighting, coloring, and overall quality meet standards. 
    • Organization: Manage files, organize footage, and maintain an efficient workflow for both video projects and social media content.

    What You Need to Succeed
    Qualifications: 
    • Education: A degree or diploma in film production, multimedia, marketing, or a related field. 
    • Experience: Some experience in video editing or related roles (internships or freelance work), along with experience in social media management. 
    • Portfolio: Showcase your work, including short videos or projects you’ve edited and examples of social media content. 
    • Skills: Proficient in video editing software, social media platforms, a good eye for aesthetics, and strong communication skills.
