Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Main Objective of the Role: Responsible for managing the contract lifecycle while also providing exceptional customer service. Familiarity with SAP systems is essential for this position. This role requires strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding contract-related questions and issue.
  • Monitor and ensure all renewal quote send out to customer 2 months earlier than contract start date. 
  • Perform changes on renewal contract quotes when necessary.  
  • Provide support to Field service sales on KA contract maintenance on changes and update.
  • Ensure meeting Renewal Contract Profitability KPI. To identify contracts which require upsell or improve profit, then amend the quote and send to customer, plus align with Renewal team.
  • Power user for service contract - to perform UAT when there is needed and attend monthly call to keep team up to date on the latest enhancement features to improve work efficiency.
  • Perform contract data cleansing activities according to contract policy.
  • Iobject, Ibase data creation and maintenance according to data governance policy.
  • Understanding of the life cycle related service offering and SSP Pricing maintenance.
  • Support on customer questionnaires/form request. 
  • Manage and execute ad hoc projects related to contract management or customer service as assigned, ensuring timely completion and effective results.

What You Need to Succeed
Mandatory:
  • At least a Diploma, Advance Diploma or equivalent 
  • 2 to 3 years working experience, preferably in Customer Support
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
