Marketing Product Manager - Industrial Weighing
Location Parsippany, New Jersey Date posted February 21, 2025 Job ID 18700 Pay Range $100k-$170k- Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and goals to meet corporate objectives and increase market share and profitability of products and services.
- Working closely with Product Managers to secure the needs of their market, providing consistent feedback on existing and emerging products.
- Managing the Phase-in/Phase-out (PIPO) of all industrial weighing products.
- Forecasting of product category.
- Operating as the subject matter expert (SME) in light industrial weighing product category.
- Understanding and monitoring main standards relevant to OHAUS light industrial weighing portfolio.
- Developing and delivering product/segment training to internal and external personnel.
- Forecasting, formulating, and managing market budgets and product pricing in the Americas.
- Analyzing sales reports and market trends, identifying opportunities and account targets
- Characterizing the Americas market size and company's market share specific to revenue and product/market features.
- Detailing competitive activities and the company's value position.
- Developing, managing, and executing product launches.
- Planning and implementing digital and print marketing campaigns.
- Marketing campaign analysis
- Providing ROI analysis (effectiveness) of all digital and print marketing campaigns with redefined key performance indicators.
- Working with inside/outside marketing communications group/agencies to develop-
- Educational and promotional materials to increase sell through
- New product introduction packages and price communications
- Cohesive product and company image in target markets
- Acting as the liaison between executive management and sales organization to ensure corporate marketing plans and sales activities coincide.
- Developing and managing partner contracts, promotions, programs, and account activities.
- Coordinating the preparation and delivery of materials to dealers, distributors, and/or sales teams.
- Preparing and presenting ongoing reports to executive management.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, science, or related field.
- MBA is preferred. 5-8 years' experience in marketing and/or product management.
- Experience with industrial equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge of metrology is a plus.
