Field Sales Representative- Lab

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Join our Lab Division as a Field Sales Representative and play a key role in growing our business, strengthening customer partnerships, and helping customers find solutions that create real value.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and combining commercial drive with technical interest. In this role, you’ll manage and develop your own territory, identify new opportunities in growth segments, and work closely with existing customers to support their needs and long-term success.

You’ll have the freedom to plan your own customer visits and sales activities, while collaborating with internal experts such as inside sales, technical advisors, technicians, and customer support to deliver the best solutions for your customers.

What you will do:
  • Develop new business opportunities in your assigned district, with a focus on growth segments
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships in your territory
  • Build trusted, long-term partnerships with both new and existing customers
  • Sell through a value-based approach, focusing on customer needs and business impact
  • Plan and prioritize your customer visits and sales activities independently
  • Lead the sales process for new accounts, including initial contact, needs analysis, quoting, and follow-up
  • Coordinate customer communication related to orders, delivery, and invoicing
  • Follow up on deliveries to support customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Document sales activities, leads, and customer information in CRM
  • Work closely with your manager and internal teams to drive results
What You Need to Succeed
  • A scientific background or experience from a laboratory environment
  • Interest in technology and technical solutions, with a natural commercial mindset
  • Experience in B2B sales; CRM experience is an advantage
  • Strong Norwegian skills and at least intermediate English, both spoken and written
  • Interest in digital solutions and innovation
  • Valid driver’s license category B

Additional information:
The position is full-time, starting with an initial 6-month probation period. Working hours and start date are agreed upon at hiring. The recruitment process includes occupational psychology tests via Alva Labs.
