Territory Sales Representative
Location Ohio Date posted October 18, 2024 Job ID 17768- Develop a high level of technical expertise in the Laboratory business area’s product lines, software and service offerings.
- Meet or exceed yearly sales quotas assigned for business as well as monthly/yearly KPI’s
- Occasionally executing outbound campaigns, managing and recording data generated from these efforts. Manage incoming calls from customers who have inquiries regarding service information or quotes that were given.
- Follow up of sales leads for sales opportunities; cross selling opportunities, or opportunities that are assigned to outside sales for consultation on higher end solutions
- Perform virtual demonstrations with product including LabX software.
- Actively monitor incoming customer chat requests from MT.com and provide real time solutions to help increase the customer experience.
- Assist manager and senior management by providing bi-weekly updates about recurring business issues
- Accurately and quickly promote/quote products, services, and solutions to assigned territory.

- A Bachelor’s degree is required (Chemistry or related sciences preferred) or two to three years of any combination of customer service, sales, or marketing related experience.
- Inbound or outbound call center experience, and teleselling skills training, are desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work both independently, and in a team environment, are required.
