- Talent Acquisition: Work closely with the recruiting team and senior leaders to attract and retain high-quality talent that aligns with our long-term business objectives.
- Onboarding Excellence: Design and implement an engaging onboarding process that effectively communicates our company culture and fosters employee engagement from day one.
- HR Process Leadership: Lead key HR processes, including performance evaluations, compensation reviews, and bonus determinations, ensuring they are tailored to meet the specific needs of our departments.
- Employee Development: Create and manage tools to assess employee skills, performance, and development opportunities, supporting succession planning and enhancing overall contributions.
- Engagement Initiatives: Develop and implement communication strategies and employee programs that foster engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a resource for resolving employee concerns and challenges, creating a supportive environment for all team members.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management programs that align employee goals with organizational objectives.
- HRIS Implementation: Utilize your expertise in HRIS to enhance our data management and reporting capabilities, streamlining HR processes across the organization.
- Compliance Management: Support the compliance team in completing necessary government forms and managing audits or complaints effectively.
- Training Coordination: Partner with the training team to deliver impactful training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our staff.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with other MT units and external partners to support our overall business objectives.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the HR function and the business.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a sales or operations environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing HRIS is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
- Requires at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a closely related field.
- Requires seven to ten years of progressive experience in human resource positions.
- Strong knowledge of California Labor Laws and compliance.
- Bilingual language skills a plus.
- HR certification also a plus.
- Experience with field service and non-exempt employee populations preferred.
