Regional Service Leader - Laboratory Products

- Responsible for executing the vision of success in Service
- Measuring profitable growth of the regional customer base along with sales revenue.
- Leading direct service technicians in California and Pacific Northwest
- Promote safety, growth, operational excellence and personnel development.
- Reviews monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and makes business adjustments as required
- Collaborates with the Service Back Office to achieve maximum technician efficiency as well as world class customer satisfaction
- Manage existing customer contracts, contract reviews and work on penetrating those accounts
- Travel 20-30% overnight
- High achievement motivation is critical – as indicated by having a strong focus on results, being disciplined and well organized, holding people accountable and seeking challenges and thriving on accomplishments
- Demonstrates an open flexible and adaptive leadership style
- The position prefers the equivalent of at least a Bachelor’s degree, e.g. service management, business, etc. and/ or 10 years of service operations experience within the industry.
