Service Trainer in Thermal Analysis

- You provide worldwide hotline support via email and telephone.
- You repair instrumentation sent in for depot repair and from our internal instrumentation pool.
- You write service manuals and develop service documentation, like preventive maintenance and calibration SOPs.
- You help create multi-media service content like How-to service videos or augmented reality content.
- You support product development projects of thermal analysis products such as Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), Thermomechanical Analysis (TMA), and Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA), concerning serviceability, spare parts definition, service software functionality, and troubleshooting possibilities.
- You have a strong technical background and ideally hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or an affiliated field.
- Ideally, you have strong knowledge of and experience with thermal analysis techniques (DSC, TGA, TMA, and/or DMA) and their applications.
- You have min. 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
- You enjoy giving public presentations and can convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- You work independently and have a solution-oriented working and thinking style.
- You exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented approach.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills in German and English (spoken and written).
