Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Special Projects & Process Marketing Manager 80-100% (all genders) to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be instrumental in implementing and coordinating strategic initiatives, driving projects, managing stakeholders and enhancing our product marketing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business or marketing, along with exceptional project management and communication skills.

In this role, your responsibilities would include: 
  • You lead and coordinate product launch initiatives, including organizing quarterly SPG (Strategic Product Group) calls and develop the product launch guidance to ensure smooth execution and alignment across teams
  • You manage and oversee the sales enablement tools, such as account specific fact sheets or value selling guides, aimed at maximizing sales performance and market impact for key customer groups and segments
  • You implement and monitor the quarterly ad-hoc marketing campaign process to trigger growth initiatives in strategic key markets (established or emerging) in order to generate short term business impact, generate hot and warm leads and/or acquiring new contacts
  • You lead the organization of the annual sales kick-off meeting on a global divisional level, work with various stakeholders throughout our organization 
  • You develop and present monthly lead reports to track marketing performance (cross-channel, telemarketing, webinar and campaign) to brief strategic decision-makers
  • You collaborate on cross-divisional projects to drive innovation and enhance collaboration across the organization and generate impact in common approaches
What You Need to Succeed
Following requirements are necessary for this role:
  • You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • You have 3-7 years of proven experience and a strong affinity for project management and marketing processes and have ideally worked in a global matrix organisation
  • You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and network with various stakeholders for cross-team collaboration.
  • You are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple international projects simultaneously.
  • You are fluent in English, proficiency in additional languages is highly welcomed.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have familiarity with marketing automation tools.
