Product Manager
Location Nänikon, Canton of Zurich Date posted September 30, 2024 Job ID 16837- You take end-to-end responsibility for one of our Excellence laboratory balance portfolios
- You promote solutions actively at market organizations with a value selling type of approach
- You define related sales and marketing tools for an effective execution and successful portfolio promotion
- You plan and execute sales trainings, events, and market introductions to drive a robust Go-To-Market
- You work in conjunction with business area managers and sales force to ensure two-way communication between product management and market organizations
- You identify strategic growth opportunities based on segment, workflow, and application knowledge
- You develop the solution strategy accordingly and ensure continuous improvements
- You develop business cases and value propositions for new solutions and drive product development projects in close collaboration with R&D
- You have a scientific background (you e.g. hold a university / FH degree in e.g. Chemistry, Pharma, Engineering)
- You have laboratory experience
- You possess a minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience (e.g. product manager with marketing experience) within an international environment, ideally in a global matrix organization
- Strong customer focus, marketing and business affinity combined with analytical approach
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German is a big plus
- You have the ability to network and communicate effectively with market organizations and customers through excellent interpersonal skills
- You hold strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%

- A 40-hour work week with at least 25 vacation days per year, plus 4 to 7 additional days off between bank holidays
