Market Manager
Location Nänikon, Canton of Zurich Date posted September 06, 2024 Job ID 16664- You work closely with Market Organizations to implement marketing and sales strategies to develop the LabTec business in assigned regions
- You organize regular virtual and face-to-face meetings for business reviews and best practice sharing with Market Organizations. Jointly develop and execute local growth plans with Market Organizations
- You conduct strategic market assessments and propose recommended actions to address gaps
- You act as primary contact for LabTec with Market Organizations to win their mindshare, provide business support, collect feedback on markets, tools, collateral needs, and share news (product launches, new tools, etc.)
- You coordinate and lead collection of regular customer feedback via direct account visits, round tables, and/or from different Market Organizations
- You plan, coach, and support dealer management in strategic partnerships, contracts, marketing plans, and marketing
- You prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management and team
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in natural science or engineering with at least 5 years of work experience as a Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Dealer Manager or other sales related function. Experience in LifeScience or BioPharma segments is a plus
- You are a networker with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across different teams with various cultural background. With your leadership skills you can motivate people in matrix organization to get things done
- You have a good sense for business opportunities as well as entrepreneurial attitude combined with excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel globally around 20-30%
- Flexible working hours (depending on the role), a hybrid work model, and a wide portfolio of training opportunities
- A 40-hour work week with at least 25 vacation days per year, plus 4 to 7 additional days off between bank holidays
