Program Journey
Starting on 01.07.2026, you will complete six three-month assignments: four within Digital Business Services and two within other key areas such as Strategic Business Units (e.g. Product Management) or Sales and Market Organizations. One assignment will be international, offering the chance to learn cross-culturally, and build an international professional network within METTLER TOLEDO.
Assignments are tailored to your interests, skills, and business needs, ensuring you make a meaningful impact while advancing your professional development.
Throughout the program, you will be paired with a mentor from a different geographic region to provide guidance and support. You will also engage deeply with our "One Team" culture, collaborating across business units to foster innovation and teamwork.
