B2Bで顧客と折衝するスキル
英語力（技術系英語の読解、翻訳ツールを使用した文書理解程度、海外トレーニング参加）があれば尚良
担当製品・領域に関連する資格（あれば）
・社会保険：健康保険、厚生年金、労働保険、雇用保険
・福利厚生：退職金前払い制度（年俸の約7％・確定拠出年金の選択可）、福利厚生倶楽部
手当：通勤手当、出張手当、休日移動手当、単身赴任手当

年俸制（固定給×12ヶ月）※ご経験、前職給与などを考慮して決定します。

業績賞与（成果、実績によって変動します）
毎年4月に給与改定があります。
【本ポジションの年収帯】
・定年：62歳（65歳まで再雇用制度あり）
・教育研修：製品トレーニング、社内研修、マネジャー研修、各種Eラーニング
【年間休日】129日 （2026年度の場合）
※土日、祝日、夏季休暇5日、年末年始休暇7日、創立記念日（2月2日）
有給休暇：20日（初年度から付与、入社3ヶ月後から取得可）
【就業時間】9:00～17:45
