職務役割
担当地域、或いはセグメントのフィールドエンジニアとして、機器据付現場における修理、点検、校正作業を行い、作業に属する書類作成（校正証明書など）を行う。また、信頼されるアドバイザーとして顧客満足を向上させる。
担当製品の現地修理、点検、校正、及び書類作成
担当製品：主として「天びん」「水分計」「pH計」「Software」で、一部は他社製品も含む
顧客が抱えている問題、課題に対して解決策を提供し、必要に応じてエスカレーションを行う
現場で得られた情報をCross Leadとして生成、提出し、他チーム（含セールス）の売上に貢献する（目標5件/月）
市場から得られる競合の動向やトレンドを収集し、チームの成長に役立てる
提供されるリポートやダッシュボードを活用し、自分自身やチームのパフォーマンスを把握する
作業効率向上のための改善活動を行う

必要なスキルと経験
技術系の高校卒業以上、大学卒業が望ましい
サービスエンジニア、或いはそれに準ずる経験

●その他

ソフトウェアやIT関連のスキルも歓迎します

技術系業務で顧客対応できるスキル
機械、電気、通信、ソフトウェアなどの分野でのサービス業務経験
B2Bで顧客と折衝するスキル

英語力（技術系英語の読解、翻訳ツールを使用した文書理解程度、海外トレーニング参加）があれば尚良
