Technical Support Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
In this role your responsibilities will be:
• To provide technical support and solutions for troubleshooting of Titration, MP/DP, UV/VIS, and
DE/RE instruments to MT service technicians.
• Work for the Process & Quality Management team.
• Critically verify and monitor the cases for Quality notifications for quality issues.
• Closely collaborate and work with SBU teams (MSG/RnD) for the service developments, documents
and e-learnings
• Deliver and create service training as SME for on-site/off-site training to the service engineers, on
AnaChem instruments.
• Participate in various service-related initiatives.
• Conduct service software and hardware testing, execution and test case writing. 
What You Need to Succeed
Critical Competencies/ Minimum Requirements:
• Masters or engineering or PhD degree in Chemistry, Physics, or equivalent combination of education
and Experience is required.
• Minimum 3-4 years of Industrial Experience in a customer service/field service organization or
related field.
• Having experience in the field of service for analytical/laboratory instruments is preferred.
• Experience of handling quality issues sustainably, root cause analysis, return management, as well as
monitor quality data.
• Profound knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques. Logically related and
fixing problems.
• Should have a strong intercultural understanding to work in a global team setup with worldwide
exposure.
