Hiring Service Scheduler for Mumbai location

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
  • Customer call handling & monitoring over email/phone
  • Planning Service Engineers' planned activities in co-ordination with Customers' expectations
  • Ability to know/learn the geographic territory and travel time estimation
  • Customer Satisfaction Measurement
  • Analysis of Service Calls data from SAP and SFDC system
  • Focus on planned service orders & create advance plan for service engineers
  • Leave room for Short Term and dispatching (load factor) 
  • Quick alignment on last minute installations and other planned orders
  • Final review before handing off to calls dispatching team with regular interactions 
  • Good Planning skills as per available resources & ensure field service productivity

What You Need to Succeed
  • Diploma, BSc – Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical or B.Com    
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Good Negotiator
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Preferred - Knowledge of SAP and SFDC
  • Overall and Specific Experience: 2 to 5 yrs Experience, who have worked on SAP CRM/call management / SFDC
