    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    Responsibilities
    • Analyzing and optimizing business processes through RPA and AI/ML technologies.
    • Documenting requirements and creating project documentation like PDDs and BRDs.
    • Conducting data analysis and reporting insights using SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate technical solutions effectively.
    • Identifying opportunities for automation and driving the implementation of data-driven enhancements.
    Shift Timings: 12-9pm (Monday-Fridays)
    What You Need to Succeed
    Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science,
    Business, Finance, or a related field.

    Experience:
    • Solid understanding of business processes and their integration with IT systems
    • Awareness and Understanding of the latest developments and advancements in technology
    • Additional certifications or coursework in SAP, RPA, AI, ML or related areas are a plus
    Technical Skills
    • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and Advanced technologies for 1-2 Years.
    • Understanding of software development principles and practices. 
    • Well-versed with creation of Project Documents like PDDs, BRDs etc.
    • Understanding of Project Management Tools and Experience Around the same
    • Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other data analysis tool.
    Soft Skills
    • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to dissect complex problems and develop effective, data-driven solutions.
    • A proactive problem-solving mentality, with a passion for identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative to implement solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously,and meet
    • deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
